Nowadays in our society there are some problems with the men and women in the work. One problem is when a women has a baby like Chacon who has a hight position in the work, therebefore can she have a baby?

On the one hand women like Chacon have very importants problems when she has a hight position and she want to have a baby, she can have because the men can take care the baby.

On the other hand actually the men and women haven`t the same conditions in the work, in general the men have more advantatges.

In my opinion she can have a baby because the women can work as well as a men.
