Belgium coalition talks collapse

This article talks about the Belgium coalitions, The head of Belgium, Mr Leterme, has abandoned efforts to form a coalition government. Mr Leterme informed that he had been unable to come up with a plan acceptable to both Dutch- and French-speaking politicians. Mr Leterme was nominated to form a government but now Mr Leterme had decided to resign as coalition negotiator and he informed King Albert of his resignation, King Albert accept his resignation.

The Walloons occupied about 40% of Belgium's and the Flemings who represent the majority are sitiated in the north of the country.

the Flemish and Wallons have signed a reform program but the Wallons doesn’t respect this because two groups have differents problem to make a good reform for the two.
